Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ZH Converter, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You upload your programming files; ZH Converter runs them, captures their output, and builds a formatted assignment as Word and PDF. Features may change over time.

• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• One account per person. Don't create extra accounts to get more free assignments.
• Sign out on shared computers.

• Every account gets 3 free assignments. One is used when you download an assignment that's new, or changed in any way since you last downloaded it; a changed one is saved to your history as a new assignment. Downloading it again unchanged, or as both Word and PDF, doesn't use another.
• Paid plans and their prices are on the pricing page. You pay from your own bank app to our QR code or Till ID, then tell us on the payment page; we check the payment, usually within a few hours, and switch your plan on. Basic and Pro last a month and a year from the day they're switched on (paying again before they end adds the time on top) and then your account is Free again. Prices may change; a change never affects a period you've already paid for.
• Only send the exact amount for the plan you choose. If a payment can't be matched to one we received, we'll tell you why so you can send the details again.

• Your code, statements and documents stay yours.
• You allow us to store and process them, and to send your code to the code runner (Judge0), only to provide the service to you.
• Only upload work you have the right to use.

ZH Converter formats your work; it doesn't write it. Following your institution's rules on assignments is your responsibility.

Don't use ZH Converter to:

• run code meant to attack, overload or misuse the service, the code runner or anyone else;
• try to access other people's accounts or data;
• get around free-assignment limits, watermarks or other protections;
• do anything illegal.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

ZH Converter uses Google Firebase for accounts and storage and Judge0 to run code. If one of them is down, parts of ZH Converter may not work until it's back.

ZH Converter is provided as it is. Code output, screenshots and documents can contain mistakes, so check your files before you submit them. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as marks or deadlines, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

You can stop using ZH Converter at any time, and ask us to delete your account at zhconverter@gmail.com.

If these terms change, we'll update them here and change the date at the top. Using ZH Converter after a change means you accept it. Questions: zhconverter@gmail.com.
