Will a scanned PDF work?
Not yet. A scanned page is a photo of text, with no text inside to read. PDFs made from Word, Google Docs or a website work well.
Is my PDF kept?
It's sent over an encrypted connection to our conversion server, converted, and deleted straight after. We don't keep it or look at it.
How big can the file be?
Up to 100 MB. Long PDFs take a little longer to convert.
